Grace House Work Day – September 29, 2022

Be The Hands of Christ The Kingsport Homeless Ministry under the project management of C. FPC Volunteers Work at Second Harvest Food Bank on July 20, 2022

We had so much fun yesterday! The combined efforts of 23 different FPC members resulted in an amazing total of 675 food bags for Seniors in our area. We had 18 people work the morning session and 9 people work in the afternoon (some worked both times). FPC Donation to Grace House of Kingsport Homeless Ministries

Bobby Flowers, President of Kingsport Homeless Ministries, receives from FPC Outreach member Emily Pridemore a check for $17,000 for Grace House.  This facility on Sullivan Street will house homeless men and women overnight, provide a day center and also access to addiction and mental health counseling.  These funds will aid in the operation of Grace House.  As interior renovation takes place, there will be future opportunities for FPC members to clean ceiling tiles, replace carpet with new flooring and paint.…
